Opportunities in Japan
With its aging population and dwindling labor force, Japan is continuouslty hiring hardworking foreigners who are willing to study Japanese and work in Japan.

Before your medical exam
Applicants must FAST for a period of 8 hours and be at the designated clinic BEFORE the 8 hours. DO NOT OVERFAST. Fill out the medical form here.

After your medical exam
Fill up this form AFTER medical. For fit to work applicants, send us your medical certificates. Applicants w/ findings must undergo medication until fit to work.

Preparing for the WISI Online Assessment
Make sure to download Zoom for our online assessment. Refresh yourself with some simple math, english, and logic problems.

After the WISI Online Assessment
Applicants who pass the exam are eligilbe for interviews with potential employers. Those who fail will have to take our retake exam. Click here to retake.

During the Employer's Interview (Online)
Be clear and concise with your answers. Try to answer in Japanese as best as you can. English or Tagalog is fine as well. We will have a translator each interview.

At the clinic
Applicants must go to the clinic medical coordinator and declare their status as a WISI applicant. They will conduct the necessary medical examination for OFWs.
5.
Submitting your documentary requirements
Applicants must submit complete and original documentary requirements to our office on time and fill up our form.
6.
During for the WISI Online Assessment
Applicants are required to have their mic and camera on during our online exam. You are given a limited time to complete a 50 question exam.
6.
Preparing for the Employer's Interview (Online)
Make sure you know how to turn your mic and camera on and off when using Zoom. Self study on your own and learn how to introduce yourself in Japanese here.

After the Employer's Interview (Online)
Results can take up to 2 weeks after the interview. We will inform you once results are out.
For Departing OFWs to Japan
1.
Packing your bags for Japan
Make sure to pack ONLY what you need. You will have a check in baggage allowance of 20kg and 7kg for hand carry. Pack heavy jackets during winter!
3.
At the airport (NAIA)
Be at the airport 3 hours before departure. Enter the area for OFWs. Go to POEA-LAC. Present your docs. They will check your travel docs and OEC copy.
5.
Fill up your details on the arrival card
Make sure to fill in the following details on your arrival card: Employer, Destination, etc.
You will present this to the immigration in Japan.

When taking the WISI Online Assessment
Make sure to download Zoom for our online assessment. Applicants are required to have their mic and camera on during our online exam.
2.
Before going the airport (NAIA)
Make sure to check your temperature and have your smart phone, passport, ticket, OEC, PCR result, PDOS certificate, contract, insurance, face mask and shield.
4.
In the airplane
Handle your own baggage ONLY. Sanitize your hands regularly, observe social distancing, and close the lid when flushing. Fill up your details in the arrival card.
For OFWs in Japan
1.

Be at the airport 3 hours before departure. Enter the area for OFWs. Present your passport, ticket, and OEC. Wear your mask and face shield at all times!
5.
Fill up your details on the arrival card
Make sure to fill in the following details on your arrival card: Employer, Destination, etc.
You will present this to the immigration in Japan.
